Ramon A. Molony Horsemen’s Award
Acknowledges a professional member in good standing of the PHA that demonstrates outstanding horsemanship and teaching horsemanship first, with a Permanent Trophy to be engraved by National PHA; replica/photo/plaque to be given to recipient and $500 award from National PHA, to be matched by the recipient’s chapter (if chapter is willing/able to match).
Nominations are made by the member’s chapter board or trainers. They should be in writing containing a brief bio and state reason/reasons for the nomination. An additional 2 letters of recommendation are required from PHA members. Everything is to be sent to Chris Dwyer at the same time.

The PHA Junior Cup
Awarded each year to a Junior Member in their last year as a junior who personifies the term “Professional Junior.” The winner must be an active Junior Member of the PHA and have demonstrated their ability and desire to continue in the horse industry.
The National Junior PHA Riding Scholarship Award
Presented to an active Junior Member of the PHA. The individual must be one who has shown interest and good sportsmanship in any aspect of the horse industry, and has the ability to benefit from professional training. The award is to be used by the junior for riding instruction with a Professional Member of the PHA.
